How long does a reply take?
A representative replies within 2 business days. For adoption or pricing questions, tell us your process type, number of lines and current inspection method — the first reply will then already be tailored to your line.
What can I ask about?

What does the adoption process look like?
Inquiry → meeting → review of your line conditions → PoC → full rollout. The PoC is the stage where defect detection and grading are confirmed to work on your actual line before full adoption.
What if I just want a rough estimate first?
